Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    My condolences Tigger. This is a very tough time. It sounds like it has been a massive shock and you haven't had time to think. Try to take that time now to processing everything and look after yourself. Talk to others and don't isolate yourself. Thinking of you.

    Tigger, sorry for your loss and I offer my condolences. As the previous poster said, talk to others - you won't be alone in your grief for your friend and you will console one another in the days and weeks to come.

    Sincere condolences Tigger, I lost a friend to it this year as well.
    As others have said, find someone to talk to, it does help.

    So I gave the eulogy (an eulogy?)
    And while I think nothing I could say could sum up how good and decent a person he was, I got loads of people crying (which I said I thought he'd like ) and at tea after people were coming up and shaking my hand. So I think I did him proud.
