2nd hand car "home seller"

I bought a 2nd hand car a few months back from one of a guys outlets that is CURRAGHA MOTORS ,and phew its been a constant domino of repairs and tunings, yes it has been running but just about. i did expect a few minor faults with it and bought mine few miles after he put it through the NCT, and how it passed that ill never know, faulty switches, locking, misfiring, catalytic converter problems, no horn working , power steering leaking etc etc etc. all i know is if i had tried to put that same car through the test theres no way theyd allow it which does raise serious suspicion! ,
i had , had it mentioned to bring it back for problems within the first "3" months warranty but theres nooooooooo way id let this guy or his mechanics near it again. only for the fact it was one that doesnt pop up too much theres not a hope idve bought it in the first place, selling them from a car yard at his home wasnt too encouraging either, and as it turns out its not like the business is just starting, he owns several others, wonder do they give "written" receipts like i got pfffft. still hopefully soon enough i can get mechanics i trust to finally end mess with it and it,l settle in.

OP, are you complaining because the car wasn't the bargain you thought it was or that the establishment selling it were not the most honest from the off?
