Seems like great prices but as in-store bargain it's hard to say if still available. Also I would like to warn everybody after my recent fights for refund with Currys - they don't refund broken devices! I was offered credit note instead and spent 2 months fighting for my money back.

lenses were gone yesterday, but cameras were still there. that g6 is really good deal. i would have bought it but i have 700d already

Not exactly the point though, the refund does not have to be in the form of a credit note if the item is faulty.

Yes - item was broken beyond repair and no longer in stock. So I asked for refund and they asked me to buy something else. Company policy is not to refund anyone. Be warned!

I have to add that I was happy with them for few buys / repairs / refunds before, but seems like they narrowed their customer services recently. Pity.

I was able to get a refund from Sligo Store last week, bought a soundbar from them but it didn't have the correct connections for my TV .. took it back the next day and they refunded it no problem

Thanks for posting about this - I just called Currys in Jerivs twice to check if they're still in stock and they've told me they don't have them/never had them. Looking to buy Lumix G6 k camera. Im about an hours drive from Jervis so don't want to risk them not being there....does anyone know if they had a few on shelves or in store yesterday/today? thanks so much x

Have to disagree here, I've had nothing but excellent customer service from Currys/PC World the two times I've required assistance; one of which my laptop was a week away from warranty expiry and it was replaced without quibble.

These were last of each managers specials (might have been floor models but they came with all accessories)
