Sertus is another one to try.I have a punto as well, and they were cheapest for me.(different circumstances though)best bet is to find a good broker and let them do the research.can send a phone number for mine, who are great, and always seem to find the best deal.

Micra my arse. I paid €495 a couple of months back on a 3l Jag and that's too sodding high because I have a Fobbling Wedgling named on it. :pac:

Cheapest I got was 1600 on in 1.25 Fiesta. That was with AA! But I am 26. Prices have gone up so much, it's nuts! Best of luck anyway.

Have you tried putting a parent/friend with a full lisence on the insurance? Might help!

I paid 1500 from Kennco Insurance, fully comprehensive on a 1.4L Toyota Corolla. 27yo male with learner permit and no named driver experience.

Think that included a 150 discount for 10 completed EDT lessons.

Get a 1 litre, my first quote was 1200 on my first provisional, 700 a year later after getting full license and 450 last year, I'm a 21 year old guy.

Well beggars can't be choosers. If you need to learn at an affordable price, you'll have to drive a 1 litre. Trade up when you have a full license and a year or two no claims. Earn the bigger car.

can you get another person as named driver with experience and full license and then you as a additional driver?
