Following on from the Dolny decision in 2008 and the establishment of S3 of the non-fatal offences against the person act of 2001 "Assault Causing Harm" being a crime of strict liability (correct me there if I'm wrong!) is insanity a defence to Assault Causing Harm?
My guess is it is not but I was wondering if anyone with real knowledge could give some points...
