I had a shower pull switch replaced yesterday and have had an issue with it today. Basically in order to get it to switch on you firstly switch it on, then switch it off and then on again. Only on the second switch on will the pilot light come on and the shower work. I've tried this many times and it's always only on the second switch on I get power. The shower is a Triton t90z only a few days old. Anyone come across this problem before?

You have a faulty pull cord switch. Whoever Installed it needs to come back & replace it. It's a 10 minute job.
