    Room available from today, Sept 3rd.

    Single room - €650p/m inc. bills.

    Apartment is occupied by two male college students seeking a third.

    House is divided into the landlord's letting which resides above, and the basement apartment which is at street level. There is one bathroom with a toilet, shower and sink

    There is a large sitting room with two couches and television. There is a large kitchen as well as separate living/dining room. There is also a separate utility room in the communal garden with washer and dryer.

    Single room has storage space and heaters in the room.

    House is very well located:
    TCD:
    20 minute walk/10 minute bus journey/<10 minute cycle
    UCD:
    40 minute walk/15 minute bus journey/15 minute cycle

    46a, 11, 145 and 39a bus routes all service the area.
    Great location, bills per month are for electricity and UPC broadband.

    Preferably seeking a male college student.
