Replacing my sky package help

    Hi I want to replace my sky package as its getting to expensive I did some research and I have narrowed it down to two alternatives this is where I need some help as have no idea on which is the best I was thinking of getting a Solo2 or a neo X8-H Plus can anyone explain the difference in quality in terms or no pausing and buffering which is faster and best for sports movies so on , all help would be apricated thanks

    You can't use either of these for sky stations. And can't discuss any illegal usage either. So really will depend which box is more suitable depending on what you can watch and what satellites you will access, etc. If you have a use then I heard good things about the solo 2

    THe neo X8-H isn't really comparable to Sky. It is an android TV box so although you can watch TV, it would be via an app like FilmOn/RTE Player or Kodi and would come in over the internet.

    It would be fine if you knew exactly what you wanted to watch like a film or TV but channel browsing would be slow and cumbersome.

    The Solo2 is a great Sky replacement box but quite expensive. Just make sure to get it with one DVB-S satellite and one DVB-T tuner so that you can view satellite and terrestrial channels.
