I got an eircom flyer in the post today and initially I thought it was for the new ULTRAFAST bb ie 1gb max but no this one says " 100Mb superfast fibre broadband has arrived in ENNIS"

!! As far as I am aware this has been in Ennis for about 2 years!!

Am I missing something as I have been away?

It was a flyer drop, don't worry about it.

I get ones from UPC offering to become a UPC Customer all the time even though I am already one.

Hah - I get UPC ones even though I'm about 35KM from their network, living in the wilds of rural Tipperary. They're great for lighting fires. :P

    they're tiering the names apparently.

    superfast - fttc
    ultrafast - ftth

I wonder if the gpon2 upgrade will be called "hypermegaglobalfast"
