American Airlines, On-The-Day Upgrades?

Hi flying from Dub with American Airlines soon. Booked in Economy. Do they do on the day upgrades? I normally fly with British Airways, and they usually do good upgrade offers on the day of travel. thanks

Not usually. There may be an option to upgrade when you do online check-in but these are generally offered to passengers with mileage status.
