Possble leak at house letter - phone numbers not working?

    Hi,

     I received a letter stating that their might be a possible leak in the house, and that if I call the numbers on the foot of the letter, I can arange a free leak investigation survey to ascertain if its inside or outside the house grounds.

    Icant get through to either number to arrange this.

    Whats the next step?

    Kersh, I am not from Irish Water but just wanted to let you know that there is a major fault on the Eircom network at the moment.  It may be affecting you getting through to the numbers you are trying.
