A man is coming out of an area, green light, the junction is a T junction. Their is one witness and the witness says that they saw the man in the junction on amber. Now this particular junction is dangerous, he said he had green, the other side says same, who is going to "win" hypothetical, the witness saw the car on amber in the junction.

Plus you have proof, that the lights were red in the other direction, will the courts in theory, adjourn, or will they go ahead?

I think you should talk to a theoretical solicitor who can give you theoretical legal advice.

left, and T-boned, the man is practically feked, he is in pain, the witness now said the man was in the junction on amber when the other vehicle hit him, but the guy that was in the junction is getting prosecuted. The man that was hit was able to find out that the lights were red on the other sides, opinions please.

If somebody was injured in an accident and if you are looking for opinions on liability, then you are looking for legal advice.

The forum charter does not allow this. Please be more careful when posting here.
