Why did we bother registering holiday home.

    Registered holiday home but still getting post to occupier and not correspondence address.

    Found the bill three months later!

    Oh why did I bother

    Yes all you asked for is
    - Name;
    - Address; and
    - Contact Number.

    All in the name of data protection. But then the error is in their system and there is no reason to make it easy for them.

    I have given the account number and the registration confirmation number which is sufficent to correct this error on the part of Water.ie.

    The correct information is in the registration. So if it cannot be recovered is Water.ie admitting that they have flushed this information down the drain.

    All I need is a mesage back to say that the account information has been corrected from the information given in the registration.

    Dealt with this by phone.

    The agent found the account and registration quite quickly but initially did not have a correspondence address from the registration. After about 5 minutes he found it on "page 2". So the information was there all along but had not been compiled properly. How many more accounts are compromised in the same way as it appears the registration data was not transposed fully accross to the accounts data base.

    I would call it a shower but that would be wasting water.

    At least this is sorted but it should not have happened.
