I heard that the swimming pool by the college bar was finally being built over. Google maps now has it listed as Aquatic vetinary services or something similar. Can anyone confirm/take photos? I'm a curious alumnus.

On the plus side no more wading through that huge puddle in winter.

Its quite far along now. It's biology anyway, something related to humans I think.

the Human Biology Building will be where Anatomy, Physiology and Pharmacology will be based, including lecture theatres and labs. Impressive looking building when it's finished and nice tidy-up for that part of the campus.

yeah I know that's what it was supposed to be, but then I saw on google maps it was labelled at something different.

Maybe I missed the joke, about it being a swimming pool and labeled "Aquatic Veterinary Group"

There is still walkway access through these sites so I don't really see the issue...

There may be still walkways, but it took me 45min to go from student car park to exit on the Newcastle Rd. driving yesterday ...........I ask again why they could not have done this during the summer break when all was quiet :(
