What to do after a plc course ??

Hi could anyone please help! I'm doing sports therapy/physiotherapy course in cavan IT its for two years so its a level 5 and 6. But i don't know what to do after that.. what rout should i take to become a physiotherapy. I'd literally study anywhere in Ireland or in another country. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
