    Yes and yes. There's even a Desktop and Windows 8 app so you can send directly from your PC/laptop/tablet as well.

    All work using your mobile number.

    And the Windows 8 app worked perfectly well on Windows 10, till they changed it to be a splash screen saying windows 10 version coming soon please go download the desktop version instead.... Its unreadable on a high res screen like the surface.... Why in the name of jebus did they do that.

    Related but unrelated wonder will Kik do a windows 10 universal app? Highly unlikely seeing as the windows phone versions hasn't been updated in years.

    The person i am sending the photo to does not have internet so thya will not be able to receive it? Is there any app that can send a photo by sms
