Good price but be advised there are two types of 2.0D4D engines in that year. The later of the T25 model (which is advertised here) has been known to give head gasket trouble. You need to be sure of its service history. Also sludge at the bottom of sump can be an issue if not serviced regularly. This is a UK Car and the newer T27 launched in November 2008 in the UK. I know because I have one. It has the newer 2.0D4D engine. Stay clear of the 2.2D4D as they are also prone to head gasket issues.

That's a UK import, does that price include VRT as the number plates are blocked out which would suggest it's on UK plates?

Price would have to include vrt (if it's still on UK plates, assuming it is an import as you can't see the plates and dealers often advertise cars mileage in miles even if they're in kilometres) as its illegal to sell car to consumer without it being registered on Irish plates.

I know of this dealer as I've been in the dublin motor trade for 10 years and they are definitely one of the good guys who operate properly.

Car advertised with full history, but ask for history check to make sure it hasn't had accident of similar that dealer may not be aware of, TRUST ME THIS DOES HAPPEN
OP's point about engine head gasket is something you should check as its easier to figure out now rather than 2 months time if it gives problem.

Called the dealer, price includes vrt and nct!

Would you get the head gasket done just to be sure?

Alternatively this one has a 12 month warranty, higher mileage though
