insulated plasterboard

    preparing to strip cavity block walls of 20 year old house and replace with insulated plasterboard. i'm leaning towards platinum in light of it's properties re humidity. my question is- i had decided on 92mm but friends have suggested that there's little value in fitting greater than 52mm, also any suggestions regarding best price/brand would be much appreciated
    i acknowledge this has been discussed on boards in the past, however i couldnt find a recent thread
    advice please???:D
