    hey all,
A relative of mine is interested in going back to full time college to do a level 5 course in childcare .
She previously worked in childcare but has since had kids so has been out of work ,but now wants to get back into work and this level 5 is her first step .
She wants to apply for Btea , but here is the problem , she already has a level 6 diploma in a diff subject .
I haven't been living in Ireland so am out of touch with rules etc but last I checked , because she has level 6 she will be refused Btea for level 5 regardless of subject and job prospects etc.
Is this still the case ???
    Any help appreciated
    Thanks
