Any tow bar fitters here?

    I'm thinking of possibly swapping a tow bar I have on a transit luton chassis cab to a transit jumbo, or getting a new/used one for the jumbo itself and keep the other one on the chassis cab.

    Problems are: I'm not sure if the tow bar could attach to the underside of the jumbo as I think it might be different tot he underside of the chassis cab?

    I have a ford reverse sensor bumper fitted to the jumbo and fear this may be in the way of the tow bar eve if it does fit.

    If anyone has experience of something like this and would know if it's possible to fit ANY tow bar with the bumper on the jumbo, please advise.

    Any feedback would be appreciated either way!

    Just in the off chance somebody with the same query comes across this thread in the future, I got Malcolm's in Rathmines to fit an F88A Witter tow bar, it was €302 including VAT fitted.

    The Luton/chassis tow bar isn't suitable for the jumbo/lwb etc.
