I can't get my printer online

    I have a HP printer. It will print the test page but nothing else. The status keeps saying offline. The drivers are up to date. I recently changed my router though. How can I get it back online?

    Go to devices and printers (printers and faxes on xp) in the start menu and right click on the printer and uncheck "work offline".

    Working offline has nothing to do with your router.
