    I have been offered a course in CIFE. We can pay for our courses online through enROL or by bank draft or postal order but I cant seem to find how pay online when u qualify for exemptions? or what do I make bank draft out to? I have tried ringing the college but there hasn't been any answer does anyone know how to do this or who to make the bank draft out to? Thanks :)
