Mens formal shoes with removable insoles

I use orthotics so I can only wear shoes with removable insoles. For work I have to wear smart/formal shoes but I have found it very difficult to find any nice shoes with removable insoles. I always end up having to buy basic Clarks shoes which are comfortable but not really good enough for work.

Can anyone recommend a shop or a brand that have nice mens shoes with removable insoles?

    Thanks in advance.

I wear orthotics too, and have found one or 2 nice pairs of shoes in Marks and Spencers that have removable insoles. The majority of their shoes don't have removeable insoles though so don't expect a big selection!

I'd say that you could bring any shoes to a cobbler's and they'd be able to replace the insoles for you. Not sure, just a guess.
