Actually getting the 500gb may not be a no brainer. Users have reported the tablet not being able to supply enough power and causing issues.

I have the T100 TAM. 64gb memory and a better processor. It also has a metal build, although this makes it slightly heavier.

If you are used to using a laptop on top of your legs you'll have issues with this. Its too small and forces you to keep your legs together.

I would certainly like the increased resolution on that machine!

The Asus also has the one year subscription to Office 365 Personal. Not a deal breaker for many.

Interesting! I was planning on replacing the HDD with an SSD I have. Should help with power. Perhaps Asus have tried to tackle this issue with a BIOS update.
