Sky Planner Record Series missing episodes

Has anyone else experienced this problem?
When I set the sky box to record a series it stops recording episodes near the end of a series.
It sets the series to the 'Scheduled' tab, saying that the previous series ended on x day and it will look for the next series and record when it starts again.
Then it misses all the remaining episodes as it thinks the series is over

This isn't any specific channels, it could be RTE or Sky channels...

Yes, happened me recently with Chicago Fire. Luckily I spotted it and caught it 'on demand'.

I've also noticed that the entries in the 'scheduled' tab for next series doesn't pick up new series at all.

Have the same problem myself. It has missed a lot of episodes and as the OP posted it shows up as scheduled for next series saying the last episode was in August.

Wonder are Sky aware of it - it would seem that the update which is supposed to monitor series for new seasons has a bug!

Sky have a planner problem page: http://help.sky.com/articles/problems-with-your-recordings-and-planner?country=ie
I've done step one if that doesn't work I'll go to step 2.

Think it might be more than individual planner problems as people seem to have issues with common programs. My wife also had Chicago Fire just stop recording the next episode, I've had it with Hannibal and some other program I can't remember.

And with the current layout, your scheduled programs on a different page than the current recordings, it's not easy to see which series is not set to record the next episode.
