Check the PSU. If it's multi-voltage, you don't need a step down transformer (our voltage is higher than the US).

And for Jaysus' sake don't get a cheapo Chinese voltage convertor!

    Cheers moc,

How do you know if its multi-voltage?

PSU will have a label on it, 110V you need to convert, 110-230v is variable and you can just use a travel adapter.

I've yet to come across any widely available electronics that don't support 110-230v out of the box.
