Just taken out the BB from my old specialized allezcomp , it's shimano ultegra octal ink 68mm 109.5 can't find an original part as they stopped making them but was looking at the Dura Ace 770 octal ink which is 68 mm 110mm spindle will this fit? or are there cheaper alternatives , hoping the Dura Ace bb will fit as would…

The Dura Ace will fit,just make sure it has the correct thread pitch for youre frame.
