Does anyone know the maximum distance for the percolation area from a rural dwelling with a T value of 49. Epa guidelines state min 7m septic tank & 10m percolation area.

The minimum distance is 10m, there is no maximum distance. The T value is irrelevant.

Thanks Rabbo. So basically there is no issue having the septic tank & percolation area further away from a dwelling regardless of the values obtained?

Subject to boundarys, adjacent treatment systems, ground slope/conditions, wells - or this is a question to be answered by the site assessor

It would have to be located as per the site assessment report which will be referred to in the planning conditions.
