Hi. I am just wondering if anyone can supply any information on whether I can use a new passport to enter Canada on an IEC visa as I lost the passport I used on my application. I have pictures of it but just freaking out a little bit. Please help. Cheers.

Is the letter of introduction the same as the port of entry letter?

Same situation has just happened to me, I got a 2 year IEC working holiday visa approved and then my passport goes and snaps in half so I had to get a new one and I'm heading over now in one month.

Although that link is reassuring is there any email address at all or contact details for anyone or anywhere that can confirm this??

Thanks in advance because I'm kind of freaking out right now.
