I recently read that BOI are now offering the GEM loans at Limerick. I was just wondering if anyone knows any details about the package and the requirements in order to qualify? UK citizens qualify for the BOI loan so long as you have a guarantor and money to live off. I am studying at limerick and received the loan as a UK citizen who has never lived nor been to Ireland prior to this.
