    Anybody get laser teeth whitening done? How effective or successful is it?

    There are not lasers involved, its is an intense bright light. This type of one off whiteneing is show in research to cause significant sensitivity and the colour change is minimal after 1 week. Really is usually a waste of time.

    At home tray whitening is more efficient, longer lasting and less sensitive. This is the whitening most dentists provide.

    Some combination treatments such as deep bleaching are even more so.
