Was out today down a local road I cross to a river now I was stopped n told the bit of green area was the said persons garden. Now instead of reacting when challenged I just said sorry and they advised me not to trespass again. Now I know on land registry where you get folios etc but the site is not outlined there. However the reason I ask this is I believe the site I question do not own the land in question by is owned by a 3rd party. Is there anywer I can check to see there site and if this land is the property of the house which I really doubt.

You can purchase a report online or in person from the Land Registry on www.landirect.ie but it may be costly to satisfy what seems to be just a curious urge. Unless the land you speak of is some sort of right of way or pathway or leading you somewhere or similar then you may be best off avoiding it.
