Need help sourcing parts for a bike

    I have to replace a few parts of my bike.

    I need:
    -9 speed cassette (any, to suit a Shimano Tiagra derailleur)
    -Shimano Sora chainset (double, 175, 34/50)
    -9 speed chain
    -Rear hub

    All the parts are for a road bike. Where should I buy?

    if u put that post on the adverts sub forum on here id be surprised if you dont get most of it on here secondhand..

    adverts.ie is the next stop

    a good local shop is next

    and lastly and cheapest of all is online...i try to make this the last resort to help keep a few bob local and milling about our own fair land

    I'm having trouble finding a 9 speed double crankset/chainset. Can I use a 10 speed crankset with a 9 speed cassette and chain?

    Yes you can use a 10spd chain set without any problems. I used a 10spd Sram chainset with 9spd Shimano chain/cassette/FD and shifters for years without a hitch.
