House on Balbriggan -skerries road

Just seen a big house been built on the Balbriggan to skerries road .
I was talking to a neighbour and she and I where both of the understanding that that part of the raid could no longer be built on.
Anyone know anything about it ?

Was Granted Permission in 2010 and they've applied for revisions a few times and were finally granted in May this year.

It's Zoned HA (High Amenity), which is rediculous in some cases. (Basically there is a nice view on the road here, if you build a house it will block this view for people driving by, People who don't live here).

This SPECIFIC Site was zoned HA while surrounding Agricultural Land was designated OS. (Open Space), While the other side of the road is about 20 Acres of Land Zoned for Residential Development.
