Probably Electric Ireland, but check using the site anyway.

Of course prepay won't be the cheapest if you want to save money just keep switching everything off!

there is also the issue if u not in a arrears u pay for the new rig, whereas if u are in arrears u don't pay for rig but u are stuck with the guys u owe.
