Hi everyone, probably asked 1000 times but what is the best way to get rid of a car. My mother has a 2000 Hyundai Accent with 50k miles on it that has been left on her drive for 4 yrs.

She is looking to get a few euros for it, is it better to try and sell it on done deal or send it for scrap. She is living in Limerick so does anyone know someone local who might give her something for it.

    Thanks

Too good to scrap probably. Was there anything wrong with it before? Does it start?

Scrap yard would probably give you around the €100 mark. I'd recommend putting it on donedeal with decent pictures and an honest description (i.e. parked on the drive for 4 years).

May be worth something to someone.
