Uneven moderation in AH

I rightly received an infraction for my behavior in a thread in AH, however the person I had an argument with was also guilty of the same behavior but has not been infracted themselves. I sent a PM to the mod who infracted me but I have had occasion to attempt to contact this morning the past and they do not seem to reply…
