    hello I baught 40 hoggets there a Texel cross belclare which ram should I put with the was going to go with either a charlaois or belclare ?

    Charolais all the way. Be sure to scan Belclares can be very prolific.

    Depends what you want to achieve! If you wanna sell fat lambs then use a charollais. If you wanna breed replacements there is no need to use a belclare as you already have the belclare gene(proloficy) in youre ewes.
