Got offered a job in Dublin a while back, starting this coming Monday 31st August. Still went and done a few more interviews as the job i got was only for 6 months. I had a 2nd round interview for another job last week, and was told I would hear by this week. Still haven't heard anything, the 2nd job would be better and may be permanent.

Would it be bad to start the other job Monday and maybe get another call on Monday offering me the other job. Would I be allowed leave, I'm already stalling on signing contracts but I will probably have to bring them with me to work on Monday.

Any help or advice would be appreciated, my head is wrecked from thinking about it.
