    Hi All,
I would like to get information about the following:
If I enter a unfair dismissal case with a solicitor who offers "no win no fee" service, what are the expected expenses?
Also if we loose, is it possible that at the end, for me having to pay legal costs? or can be any award be determined to pay to my ex employer?

    Regards

    Employment Appeals tribunal or Court?

Don't forget the EAT only allows you to claim for actual salary loss not legal expenses.

Ok. I`m not familiar so far with the to terms, but I`ve seen the options on the complain form, to lodge the case to the Right commissioner or EAT.

One adviser told me to start the case through Right Commissioner, the other one said to go straight to EAT

    1. You wont get a solicitor on a no win no fee for employment unless you have a salary that is gigantic

    2. You do not qualify for legal aid for appearances before the Rights Commissioner or EAT

    3. Asking which one to go to here is legal advice, which is banned.

    4. I would advise you to go speak to an employment solicitor in FLAC

Basically, so far I`ve spoken to 2 different advisers and both of them said: " it won`t cost you nothing....", which after all my research is not correct.
Can anyone tell me in advance how much savings I must have, to be able to cover all the expenses?(should a solicitor be able to tell me?)

Depending on how good your solicitor is, and the complexity of the case, it can cost from a hew hundred to tens of thousands.
