Grant and Online Account

    Hi There

    I signed up to IW 2 days before the 30th of June deadline using the original application number and PIN. Once registered, I noticed that the bills were sent to my landlord and were in his name. I contacted IW and was re registered over the phone (with a new account number) under a "revised registration". I was informed that i would still be eligible for the grant. Could you please confirm this?

    Also, when registering initially, I created a My Water account, where I saw the bills addressed to my landlord. I used the "Add A Property" to add the new account to my IW login. I think the system may have got confused seeing that there's two accounts with the same WPRN as when I'm asked to "Choose A Property", I am presented with a blank screen. With some messing about, I do gain access into the old landlord account but I cannot get into my own account. Would it be possible to remove the old IW account from my online account so I can see my details?

    I don't have my account number to hand (as I am in work and the bills are at home) but i do have the old account number that my landlord was on, my WPRN and his name and, of course, my name. If the old landlord account was removed from my My Water account, then I could get my details online, of course.
