Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

30 second delay before new Triton T90Z begins heating the water.

I've just installed a new T90Z shower and it's working fine apart from the fact that it takes around 30 seconds to start heating the water (the T90si that it replaced was almost instantaneous). Surely this can't be right?

    Cheers.

There is no such thing as instant shower, as such. 30 seconds from cold start up is perfectly normal. It has to heat an internal can of water before you get hot water.
Most likely is you live in a high limescale area. Your old heating was caked with 10 to 15 years of limescale leaving only half the space for water. Therefore your water seemed to heat quicker.

Ok, that's good to know. Cheers.
