15th October usually announced at the ploughing......but only if your file is ready for payment

Id say they'll be hard to contact this morning. Another 15% taken off my payment this morning. Shur what would I do with it anyway only blow it on coke and hookers.

Is that a penalty? See they have ran preliminary checks and you can see online if your application (2016) has an overclaim etc

Nope. I was working too hard fifteen years ago so they're getting me back for it now.

Was the Bfp balancing payment for 2015 actually paid to some of you this morning then?
I haven't got mine, though I had a cross compliance last week (with no issues found) but surely anyway, a cross compliance last week was on the 2016 application so shouldn't cause a delay in the 2015 balancing payment?
