Hi just wondering if im allowed to do this.

Ive had my Learner Permit since March and Ive 6 lessons done. Over the summer I planned on doing a few lessons but I only got the chance to do 1 because of work and other reasons. Chances are i'll be on Placement for College after christmas so a Full License would be handy.

I return to college next week and Im wondering if I can do the remaining 6 lessons with a different instructor while im at college or do I have to do the 12 lessons again?

You should be able to just do another 6, so long as everything has been logged by the previous instructor.

You should have a logbook as well, just make sure they're marked /stamped so far and that they're marked as done on the EDT site. Then you can swap as many times as you like instructor wise :D

The pages are stamped in my logbook but the MY edt site never works for me when I try log on. Keep getting "Service unavailable "

I'm getting the same 503 error when I try go into the myEDT site, they must be having an issue with their servers.

I did my first two lessons with a different instructor and then the rest with another.

Was able to log in at 1 point today. My instructor only has lesson 2 entered into the system.

Not looking forward to ringing him and telling him to upload the rest because I'm changing instructor...

Just tell him you're moving to a different county and he'll understand.

Don't tell him that you are changing instructors. It's none of his business really. Just tell him that you checked your lesson history online, you saw only 2 of them logged as done & you want to know why the the other 4 haven't been logged yet & when they will be.

If the instructor was in any way professional, he would have logged the lessons shortly after they were done. You shouldn't be having to chase him down and getting him to do it. You are not being at all unreasonable in wanting to see lessons that you paid for and did, as being logged. You are under no obligation to commit to any more lessons, or tell him what your future plans are.
