    Hi,

Why do I have to call you to move?

From IrishWater website about moving (can't posts links yet)
    "When you are moving home, please call us on LoCall 1890 448 448 or +353 1 707 2828 (8am-8pm Monday-Friday and 9am-5.30pm Saturday). (...)"

www water ie billing-and-charges billing moving-home

I have sent a request for home move using general enquiry online form but I should be able to that online using "MyWater" or by sending e-mail or snail-mail.

    Rgds,
    Pawel

    Hi pbogu,

    Thank you for your query.

Due to that nature of this kind of query, we advise our customer to contact us on the day they move to update their account details to ensure accurate billing.

Moving a customer from one property to another property is not a request that can be facilitated by our email, post or social media channels; but requires to customer to contact us via telephone.

Customers can update their account details themselves using MyWater, but this is not possible when moving properties as a WPRN is property specific and when moving to a new property we issue customers with their new WPRN.

I hope you find this information helpful.

    Kind regards,
    Niall
