Time for a new account to appear on 365 online

    Hi there,
    As per a previous enquiry I created an new deposit account in branch on Tuesday. I was told the account would be created overnight but it has not yet appeared in my 365online account. Could you please advise as to when it should?

    If your account was not automatically merged please see below to add this account to view on Banking 365 Online.

    To add it to your online profile please do the following:
    • Select 'Manage Accounts' from the left hand navigation bar.
    • Select 'Add an account'.
    • Enter the account details and click ‘continue’.

    This request can take up to 5 working days to complete.
