Reading about this, it's like the 'garum sauce' the ancient Romans used. Would love to get my hands on it, just to taste. Anyone know where I can get it, preferably in Dublin?

Fallon & Byrne would be a good place to start. You could also try ringing a few of the more upmarket delis around.
