    Express delivery should show up if you :

    - add something to your cart and select Express Delivery from the drop-down
    - View Cart, wait 5 minutes
    - attempt to browse to another site

    You will get a pop-up asking you to stay on the page for free express delivery.

    I used the £10 voucher discussed here on a speaker and it arrived from the Netherlands the next day.

    I only got the £15 one today, but the £10 voucher from the survey didn't stack with other coupon codes, so it probably won't work.
