Hey all just wondering what people can do about oil spills on the road. Nearly snorted myself going around a roundabout tonight. I recovered from the slide. Jesus was like ice! When I returned home I pulled over and checked out the roundabout. The sign was flattened and could see the oil slick. Is it the gards or council…

Hey all just wondering what people can do about oil spills on the road.

Anyone else ever have close calls due to oil on the road?

I wouldn't call them close calls, but yes - I skidded few times due to oil spilled on the road.

Inform the Gardaí, they're responsible for public safety. They'll probably send the fire-brigade out to hose the place down.
