I don't know about anyone else but my shopping list just grows and grows. Just some of the things I want at the minute are:

    Campag SR groupset
    New handlebars
    New saddle
    New Seatpost
    Mountain Bike
    Winter Frame
    New turbo
    Oakleys
    Mechanic stand
    Tools
    New winter tights
    Rain Cape
    etc etc

And if and when I do get a mountain bike I will no doubt be looking gear for that as well.

Playing gaelic was never this expensive.

Pace yourself. It doesnt need to be bought in one go.

Getting a winter frame and taking my current groupset, handlebars etc off my current frame and putting it on the winter bike. I have a lovely bianchi sempre pro frame that deserves a campag groupset and not the current ultegra/FSA/corsa that is has at the minute.

Whats a winter frame, something made of steel with eyelets for panniers and mudguards?

Winter frame is your old racing bike.....which means you need a new racing bike:)

Yeah I'm getting something that fits proper mudguards. Those clip on mudguards nearly put in the mad house this past few years. The current winter bike is being turned into a turbo bike. Currently trying to create a pain cave in my spare room. That's if the wife doesn't divorce me.

Don't tempt me! My good bike will do me for another few years though.

I have been looking for MTBs on there. All a bit out of my price range.

    It's fairly straightforward.

    Week 1 - Buy bike
Week 3 - Remove tyres, discard and upgrade
Week 6 - Remove wheels, discard and upgrade
Week 8 - Remove saddle, stem, seatpost and handlebars, discard and upgrade.
Week 12 - Remove groupset, discard and upgrade.
Week 52 - Sell bike and repeat.
